BELLIZZI is a family project, which was born with the idea of offering quality sleep, turning the routine of going to bed into a habit to achieve a restful sleep. One day I got up, went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and thought about the woman I saw there.
Contrary to what you may be thinking right now, I saw a calm, happy and motivated person. I felt so good about myself despite being disheveled, out of place and still asleep that I couldn't find anything other than an explanation. I was wearing comfortable, cute pajamas for the first time, the softness of the fabric was felt to the touch, there were no seam marks anywhere and no mark made me uncomfortable. He had slept splendidly.
From that moment on, I began to promote routines for restful sleep and noticed that the right clothes should be part of that routine. Good pajamas, a hair cap, a sleeping mask, relaxing music or noise-isolating earplugs not only contribute to the quality of sleep, but also influence your attitude to start motivated and have 100% energy!
